Yoga Workshops

My Yoga Workshops happen every few weeks on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. They are two hours long and give my students a chance to explore their yoga practice on a deeper level. A typical workshop will start with some breath awareness and meditation, move into some yummy warming yoga stretches, then on to some more physically challenging sequences before slowing it down with some restorative yoga poses and finishing with some pranayama (breath control) and deep restorative relaxation.

The next workshop is on Saturday 17th January from 11.00 am-1.00 pm
