My corporate wellness Yoga classes can be tailored to the needs of you specific organization but will generally be 45 mins to 1 hour long and include the following:
- Breathing exercises
- Meditation
- Yoga pose and movements designed to help enliven the body and mind and release tension in the neck, shoulders, lower back and hips in particular.
Yoga can be more physical or less depending on the needs of your workforce. The class can be done on chairs or on mats.
Some of the benefits of taking part in a workplace Yoga class are:
- Increased focus and mental clarity
- A reduction in stress and anxiety (work related or otherwise)
- A reduction in back pain or a myriad of other common physical complaints that can disrupt productivity
- An increase sense of general well-being and improved mood
- An increase in physical strength, stamina and flexibility

With 15 years of experience teaching yoga to a wide range people from all ages, body types and level of ability, as well as lots of specilised trainings like fertility yoga, pregnancy yoga, menopause support and chair yoga, you can rest assured your workforce will be in safe hands with me.
